About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional software development team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a team lead role

• Strong proficiency in modern software development languages and frameworks

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Availability to work on-site in Stellenbosch
