We are seeking a highly experienced Change Manager with deep SAP Finance (FICO) expertise to support a strategic, multi-year finance transformation programme on a contract basis.

This role is pivotal in driving adoption across Group Finance as we implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud and reimagine financial processes to enable digitisation, efficiency, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor within the Finance function, guiding leaders and teams through change impacts, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring sustainable adoption of modern ERP solutions. You will bring both strong finance domain knowledge and proven transformation leadership, underpinned by a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) and the complexities of ERP-enabled change. Operating confidently at senior stakeholder levels, you will help bridge the gap between technology and business to deliver lasting transformation.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management for the SAP Finance (FICO) implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall finance modernisation roadmap.

  • Partner with CFO office, Finance Directors, and programme leadership to embed change across planning, reporting, and control processes.

  • Translate complex ERP and digital finance transformation into clear, actionable change journeys for end-users and stakeholders.

  • Develop and deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, training plans, communications, and adoption dashboards.

  • Build capability within Group Finance by enabling knowledge transfer, change resilience, and user readiness.

  • Drive alignment across workstreams (Finance, Technology, HR, and Business) to ensure integrated delivery of outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of proven change management experience in large-scale ERP or finance transformation programmes.

  • Strong expertise in SAP Finance / FICO modules and understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance processes.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations (design, deployment, and adoption).

  • Industry experience in banking, insurance, or financial services highly advantageous.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at executive and C-suite level.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to translate technical finance and ERP language into clear business impact.

  • Track record of embedding cultural change and digital adoption in complex, fast-paced environments.

  • Matric
  • University Qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field), Certificate or Diploma, aligned to relevant experience.
