Role Overview

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of approved change initiatives across a global business environment, utilising established Cloud and System Delivery Life Cycle (CDLC/SDLC) frameworks. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to stakeholder requirements, while balancing scope, cost, quality, resources, and risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned change initiatives.

  • Provide regular progress and status reporting to stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and change impacts.

  • Facilitate governance and technical forums to support successful delivery.

  • Balance BAU activities with project delivery requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to structured project management methodologies (Agile/Lean where applicable).

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple geographies.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of change delivery processes and team capability.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Finance and accounting background.

  • Experience in finance systems implementation or management.

  • Proven experience working across global teams.

  • Strong structured project management capability.

  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).

Advantageous Experience

  • Finance transformation initiatives.

  • Oracle ERP (General Ledger & Enterprise Performance Reporting).

  • Cloud platforms such as Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Azure.

  • Exposure to DevOps practices and DORA metrics.

  • Data management and business process/change management experience.
