Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Change Manager with a strong background in digital transformation, AI adoption, and enterprise-scale change programmes to join us on a contract basis. This role will play a critical part in enabling a successful transformation journey, embedding new digital capabilities, and ensuring sustained adoption of AI-driven and data-enabled ways of working.

The Change Manager will partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver a transformation strategy that harnesses AI, automation, analytics, and modern platforms (with Microsoft Fabric experience highly advantageous). Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide leaders and teams through complex change, driving readiness, capability uplift, and cultural alignment across the organisation.

 🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage organisational change for complex digital and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and programme sponsors to co-create change strategies and adoption roadmaps.
  • Translate technical and AI-driven solutions (incl. Microsoft Fabric and other digital platforms) into actionable change journeys for employees.
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement plans, targeted communications, and executive-level updates.
  • Build and implement training, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics to track success and embed sustainability.
  • Support the organisation in driving a culture of digital adoption and innovation, ensuring employees are equipped for new ways of working.
  • Identify and mitigate change risks, ensuring business continuity during transformation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years’ experience in change management, with a focus on large-scale transformation and digitisation programmes.
  • Proven success in driving adoption of AI solutions, data-driven platforms, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric, AI tools, and enterprise data/analytics platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder and executive management skills, with a track record of influencing at senior levels.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing change strategies, training programmes, and adoption frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, able to simplify complexity and inspire adoption.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

  • Matric
  • University Qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field), Certificate or Diploma, aligned to relevant experience.
